Use all of your fingers to press on the bottom two points on the back of your neck. Hold for one minute. Next, press your thumbs on the upper points on the back of your neck while you slowly lean your head back. Close your eyes, breathe deeply and hold for two minutes.

Hold the heels of your hands on your temples while you move your jaws as if you were chewing gum. Do this for one minute to help memory and concentration. Next, press your right fingertips on the pressure point on the bridge of your nose while you press the point on your breastbone. Close your eyes while you press these points for one to two minutes.

Rub your right heel on the pressure point on your left shin for 30 seconds. Alternate and rub the right shin with your left heel for 30 seconds.

Inhale and exhale naturally through the nostrils for a minute to center and ground yourself. Inhale through your nose to the count of three and then open your mouth and exhale forcefully by opening your mouth and letting out your breath so it forms the word: "Hahhhhhhhh" (make sure you draw out the breath when you open your mouth). Repeat six to eight times.

Lie back on the mat and close your eyes. Visualize your breath as a warm, bright light flowing your lungs as you inhale deeply to the count of three. As you exhale to the count of three, visualize the stale air releasing from your lung as puffs of grey smoke. Concentrate on your lungs and feeling positive energy flowing through your lung and heart center filling your body with fresh pure air. Imagine toxins leaving your body as you lie on the mat as you become aware of your natural breath. Place your hands on your chest and feel the natural rise and fall of your chest as you breathe. Stay in this reclined pose for at least one minute.

Sit up and sit cross-legged on mat. Inhale to the count of three as you raise your hands over your head and exhale to the count of three as you release your hands to your side. Bring your hands to heart center and end your breathwork practice by saying: Namaste.

Please check with your medical doctor if you have any medical conditions (especially lung conditions). Also, if you feel dizzy or light headed, immediately stop the breath work and rest.








You will see results in your lung function and breathing, if you practice on a daily practice. Do not over exert your lungs and listen to your body.

Instructions for Making Stinging Nettle Infusion

Boil water in a tea kettle or in a non-alluminum pan. Stainless steel is best.

Add the dried stinging nettle to the glass mason jar.

When water starts boiling, pour over the dried stinging nettle to the top. Secure the lid tightly.

Keep the mason jar on the countertop and let the stinging nettle steep fore 4 to 8 hours. I usually do it overnight. When the nettle is ready, it will be a dark green color.

Strain the infusion well before use--you don't want to consume the leaves.

There are several ways you can serve the stinging nettle infusion. You can pour it over ice and drink it cold, add it to fruit juice, or reheat it and sweeten with honey or drink unsweetened. There are no restrictions. My favorite ways are to pour it over ice or heat it up. I don't need to sweeten it because it is mild tasting.

Make sure the lid is fastened tightly.








You can refrigerate the stinging nettle infusion for 24 hours or so.








Drink 2 to 4 cups a day until your symptoms are relived. After that you can drink a cup a day.








Do not use the root. Only use the leaves.








Do not take stinging nettle if you are taking medicine that prevents blood clots. Nettle leaves contain vitamin K.
